If Vu Pro loses Bluetooth connection and will not reconnect try: Closing and reopening the EasySense app.Try switching Off and then On again. If you are using a Bluetooth Smart USB Adaptor on your computer, unplug the adaptor, plug back in again and try to reconnect. |
Hard reset the device |
Hard reset Vu Pro and then try to reconnect. Vu Pro includes the capability to perform a "hard reset". This can also be achieved by using the up, down and enter buttons simultaneously: ▲ + ▼ + ✓. This option is available in the System submenu (see details above). Performing a hard reset may help re-establish connectivity with EasySense. |
Check the firmware revision |
Ensure that the latest firmware is installed on the device. You can check and update this via the System menu. |
Update EasySense |
Make sure you are using the latest version of the EasySense application, as using an outdated version can lead to connectivity and compatibility issues. |
Pairing and connections |
1.Vu Pro is much smarter than traditional Bluetooth device and you are not required to pair the device. If paired, Vu Pro will not be available to the EasySense app. 2.When Vu Pro is connected to a computer, the computer should be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode as the battery may drain instead of charge. |
