Loss of Bluetooth connectivity |
If V-Log Pro loses Bluetooth connection and will not reconnect try: Closing and reopening the EasySense app.Try switching Off and then On again. If you are using a Bluetooth Smart USB Adaptor on your computer, unplug the adaptor, plug back in again and try to reconnect. |
|
Hard reset the device |
Hard reset V-Log Pro and then try to reconnect. V-Log Pro includes the capability to perform a "hard reset". This can also be achieved by using the up, down and enter buttons simultaneously: ▲ + ▼ + ✓. This option is available in the System submenu (see details above). Performing a hard reset may help re-establish connectivity with EasySense. |
|
Check the firmware revision |
Ensure that the latest firmware is installed on the device. You can check and update this via the System menu. |
|
Update EasySense |
Make sure you are using the latest version of the EasySense application, as using an outdated version can lead to connectivity and compatibility issues. |
|
Pairing and connections |
1.V-Log Pro is much smarter than traditional Bluetooth devices and you are not required to pair the device. If paired, V-Log Pro will not be available to the EasySense app. 2.When V-Log Pro is connected to a computer, the computer should be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode as the battery may drain instead of charge. |

V-Log Pro data logging mode vs. graphical representations |
V-Log Pro does not include a fully fledged version of the EasySense Software as part of its firmware, and provides a numerical representation of the selected data logging mode. To see graphical representations of real-time readings such as meters, bar charts, and graphs etc. please use the EasySense Software. |
