Different runs may need to be analysed with a common starting point in time. 


“Shifting” a data set (in time) can be done here. 


When a data set is to be “shifted,” it will appear in “dashed” format, and the operation performed manually. 


Its purpose is to compare data or to allow for “unequal starts” etc. 



The shifted patterns are produced by selecting a data set and moving it with the cursor.
